Restoration of the 2006 Defender 110

After stripping the vehicle down to its shell and removing all dents and stripping the old paint from the vehicle, the Safari Land Rover team built the truck back up keeping an on authenticity, while also making it a more comfortable and stylish ride. This includes new mechanics and engine updates such as a new turbocharger, tie rods, u joints;

fresh interior with soundproofing, carpet, 4 bucket seats, authentic Kenyan leather seats, sound system with back-up camera

And a functional exterior with an immaculate paint job, custom rack and ladder, tow hitch

As is the case with many Kenyan vehicles, due to the lack of humidity and no salt on the roads, the undercarriage is in pristine shape. To be safe, the undercarriage was stripped and recoated to provide additional protection for its North American journey.

Requires Attention: 2 things that have been recently identified

Heater: The core unit works but needs an electrical connection. The AC is working and blows cold.
ABS: It appears the front driver's side sensor needs to be replaced. Brakes work well without it, but worth noting.
